@GovHawaii says everything is still on table even an ordered stay-at-home but for now he's calling on people to self-isolate voluntarily. This is good plan and I'm confident this should help us to use these about 20 days to get a handle on the spread of Covid19.
Hawaii has a long and painful history of epidemics and harsh govt actions to control them. We also were under martial law starting December 8, 1941, so I think this should be sufficient and increased testing should assist in locking down the virus if not the population.

1. What if your kids' board-certified pediatrician told you in 1995 he believed sloppy infection control at Chinese bio-labs caused seasonal flu infections emanating from China? And you had the proof Wuhan has a new bio lab? What would you think?
2. And what if, when you were getting your Political Science undergraduate degree during the Cold War in Chinese Politics studying the millions of Chinese the CCP doomed to starve annually? What would you think if you knew that essentially the same folks are in charge now?
3. The Chinese are not responsible for it. But I'm not ready to close the book on the CCP just like I'm not cutting Trump slack for trying to make money off the testing and then screwing it up because there as no redundancy in the supply. The rest has been a cover up. Again.

1. The @KochIndustries crime syndicate makes one more trip the @USTreasury to load up loot while @POTUS @realDonaldTrump sets stage for deaths of millions of Americans. Most corporations are zombies. Fiscal cadavers. Dow may go to 10,000 or 0. Save people first.
2. Buy the corporate bonds at a huge discount. Then take over the corporations in Bankruptcies and run them until we can sort the mess out. But the equity is likely gone. Halt trading and let retired people cash out first. Then move forward. Nobody gets more than a $100k
3. until all small investors are out. You people just don't know what you're dealing with. Equity gets zero in bankruptcy. Zero. @SpeakerPelosi @SenSchumer

1. All Trump & @GOP have now is propaganda. When Trump attacks @DemGovs members of @NatlGovsAssoc he does it to divert blame on them for @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @whitehouse failure to prepare adequate testing & medical supplies. Human political tendency is to simply say nothing
2. but then propaganda strategic objectives are achieved, and part of our Democracy dies.

The way I would counter it is as follows:

A. Governors make a Record: There must be a coordinated response pushing back by addressing the facts. Don't engage in political rhetoric.
B. #MSM. If Trump is going to hold rallies disguised as pressers they need to be made unpleasant for him when he does this deflection by going after his deflection of blame as a soviet method propaganda attack. Make anything he and his political shop might think they
