I heard from You this week that because of your role as a @salesforce admin, you could see all of the names of your deactivated friends & coworkers who were laid off and though you still have a job, you feel like you’re on sinking ship💔

Layoffs are HARD during normal times💔 These are not normal times & the layoffs have started & more are to come💔
Due to our roles on @salesforce technology teams our communities will either have to deactivate them personally or we will see in our instances who is let go💔

Many of our friends are suffering in silence right now due to their roles💔
I’ve been thru this, it’s hard.
Can we offer everyone that is going through the lay-off process and will go through this in our @salesforce #Ohana , some Love, Light & Best Practices on this thread?❤️

I’ll go first.
Don’t Deactivate your users yet. Instead FREEZE them.
You will be experiencing a lot of emotions as you look at this list of names that you know and care for💔.
You need a clear head when doing deactivations to do them properly.
