There is circumstantial evidence that anticoagulants may become useful in critical cases, for preventing intravascular coagulopathy in the microvasculature of the lungs.

Both work in vitro against SARS-family coronaviruses and in animal coronavirus models. Indomethacin is also anti-inflammatory.
Nelfinavir might work where lopinavir failed, but I am less confident about it. No in vitro data.
