Recommendations for general public are doubly important for patients with #Diabetes & those living in their close contact 1.Wash hands thouroughly and regularly 2.Avoid touching face before washing and drying hands #COVIDー19 #coronavirus (2)
Clean and disinfect any objects & surfaces touched frequently (door handles, mobile phones, tv remotes). Don’t share towels, food, glasses. (3)
When u cough or sneeze, cover your mouth👄 and nose👃 with tissue or cough into crook of the arm if no tissue available. Dispose tissue appropriately after use #Diabetes #COVID__19 (4)
Try to avoid contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness - fever 🤒 coughing. Avoid unnecessary travel, avoid large gatherings, avoid public transport if possible #Diabetes #COVID19 #StayAtHome (5)

If you have flu 🤒 🤧 like symptoms (fever,cough, breathing difficulty), get in touch with your Dr and medical team immediately. Any infection will raise your glucose levels- monitor regularly, take adequate fluids as advised #Diabetes #COVIDー19 (8)
