1. In 2016, after two years of dealing with Russian trolls in Ukraine, they were easy to spot.
2. Russia did it again in this election cycle and again they were helping Sanders. This was Feb: 21, ten days after New Hampshire primary:

Officials tell Sanders Russia is trying to help his campaign. See his response. a.msn.com/01/en-us/BB10f…
3. Two week before Sanders was briefed, around February 20, Sanders & Buttigieg led in the race. By New Hampshire the race looked like it might be between a gay mayor and an aging socialist. I'm pretty sure the Kremlin was thrilled. But the IC didn't stay quiet this cycle.
4. I recently saw a twitter post that there was a correlation between the @SenateGOP out-performing the polls in states with vulnerable election systems. If there is evidence it should be investigated. It's critical we secure that data. @MarkWarner @RepAdamSchiff @FBIWFO

The @SenateGOP failure to provide stimulus in the lame duck makes the #GeorgiaSenateRunoff a vote for whether the people of Georgia want government help to survive the pandemic the @GOP caused to get out of control. That's how I'd pitch it. With healthy dose of #ACA. @JoeBiden
If @TheDemocrats make clear how much each voter will get under the @JoeBiden plan if the #Democrats gain control of the Senate we can slam back on all the #Socialism baloney with an old-fashioned @GOP style giveaway. This time to voters not just to businesses and the wealthy.
Send a mailer to every #Georgia registered voter an estimate of how much @SenateDems majority puts in their pockets by month taking both seats & how much the #GOP will give them. Spoiler alert, it's nothing. A few hundred dollars. Promise unemployment, health care.

1. Syria can be saved. But #Turkey's maligned influence in #Syria and the region must end. We can end the fighting in #Idlib by making it a #semiautonomous region. An #SDF force comprised of mostly of #SunniArabs but with Christians #Ezidis & Kurds can bring peace in the north
2. and in #Idlib with US air and #logistic support. Let #Assad stay if he wins a free and fair election. Otherwise, the #Alawite 17% minority dictatorial rule will end. Remember: #SDF protected #Daesh from harm when they surrendered on the Eastern Euphrates.
3. SDF can work as they do now with the Govt. forces if the shared goals are peace, secular and gender equality under a democratic Constitution. Other than unrepentant #Daesh and Al-#Qaeda who will likely flee to Turkey to continue #Jihad with continued support of Erdogan regime,

1. #Coup #LawyersForTrump engaged in frivolous litigation as part of the @GOP announced coup are getting smart. On Snell & Wilmer withdrawal in #Arizona, does anyone know if they sent something ex parte for court to review in camera? That could indicate client crime or fraud.
2. Thomson Reuters Westlaw Today says that the only remaining large firms doing the Trump litigation are Jones Day and Porter Wright. The article addresses mail-in ballot suit that Jones Day filed in June. Does anyone have link to that case? Is it still pending?
3. Here's the Thomson Reuters article.

1. Do you think @BernieSanders knows the VT Governor is a Republican? Nah. Probably not.

1. I have been pondering the comments by folks like @SpanbergerVA07 and now @MittRomney doing a post-mortem on the Congressional election and the Democrats poor performance. First, for about two weeks before the election I saw softening in the Generic Ballot performance.
2. So, I was not surprised. As Rep Spanberger articulated the insanity of the "Defund the Police" movement that popped up during the post George Floyd assassination (yes he assassinated) was the perfect theme for the GOP to ride on through the election so I decided to look at it.
3. George Floyd was assassinated on May 25. We know of the civil strife that followed. So, I wanted to see when the first instance of "Defund the Police" appeared on @Twitter. I think this is it on May 31. Six days after the killing. And it was soon amplified by you know who.

1. @CNN is all messed up: Reported on remaining ballots in #PA. 89k outstanding mail-in (that tracks the dashboard) plus 101k provisionals. Majority from Blue counties. Says Philly has 38k mail-in ballots (but the dashboard says 20k) and she said including 15-20k provisionals.
2. I'm inclined to think 38k is the provisionals.

Then she reported Allegheny county approx. 37k ballots including provisionals. But the dashboard has 31k mail and so I'm guessing 7k is the provisionals.

Bucks county 2k damaged and 6.7k provisionals. That sort of matches the
3. dashboard that says 2.7k

One red county, Luzerne 4.3k. Dashboard says 1.6k. So perhaps 2.7k is the provisional count.

Montgomery 10k, but the dashboard says 3.6k. So is that 6.4k provisional? Who knows?

Chester 2.3k. But dashboard says 367. So is that 2k provisional?
