As one follows the journey of #COVID19 #CovidVaccine & the speeches of #NarendraModi & see the reaction of majority of citizens who have no time to play political games you realise why the man is hated so much esp by the intellectual upper class of society. He is their biggest
THREAT to what was an ecosystem for 70yrs where a billion citizens were living in a democratic monarchy thinking they had a stake in it. They were just subjects who were given largesse, patronage & looked up to the kings & queens who ruled & owned this country India. One man is
changing that from the roots below & he is @narendramodi He has managed to create in majority of citizens a feeling of belonging, responsible, involved, stakeholder, shareholder, contributor to nation & no longer a beggar getting doles. This change means that anybody in future
will have to carry the people along & not sit on a palanquin to be carried with citizens standing arms outstretched for help, a small glance, a smile. 70yrs of this & now they have to walk, push, pull the nation alongside others - they are petrified. 2014 they tolerated. 2019 was
a shock & if 2024 repeats the same they will become beggars overnight from being kings/queens. Citizens will laugh at them. The 70yrs of power/pelf will go away forever. That's why you see the Prince trying his best to gain victory from #farmersrprotest with his Russian roulette
That's why the govt & @narendramodi cannot surrender to this blackmail. If the govt prevails it will break the back of the owner family & teenage prince for a long time to come. It's his do or die moment. He is staking the country itself in his fear of becoming accountable.
This is NOT about the #FarmersBill this is the political survival of a family. All other opposition are waiting & watching like hyenas to take over the centre stage. Every success in the country like the #CovidVaccine is one more nail in their future. No wonder they hate him.

The most bizarre argument I have heard from educated globally traveled capitalist folks is that (somehow) it's immoral that the Modi govt used it's majority in parliament to pass bills & laws. These same folks give lectures on democracy & how Trump must accept election results.
I have tried to discern the logic in this argument & as I have stated on here earlier the reasons I surmise are as follows.
India with coalition Govts from 80s till 14 for 25yrs meant the tail wagged the dog & we believed THAT was how nature intended it to be. A ragtag 10 member
party decided who the PM should be. At every stage brokers took over every single aspect of the govt & nation that we became so comfortable with that system. Those who were in their 30s & spent 25yrs in their broker led admin of India at 55+ today are finding themselves totally

I wasn't in touch with him. I hadn't spoken to him in decades. But his elder brother & me were good friends for long though even we didn't meet often. His memory goes back to our school & college days - 1973 to 1980 or so. He was then around 13 yrs old. He was unique even then.
With some friends he had what was called Harry's house. For us though a couple of years older it was like a Enid Blyton fantasy but at whole new level. Reason ? They had snakes which they caught & kept in glass cages. To avoid accidental snake bite in the night their bed was hung
over 2 wooden beams just below the roof & that's where they slept. He & his friends were #wildlife enthusiasts & for us in those days it was both bizarre & exciting & for the parents exasperating. I still remember one day during engineering exams we were about to enter the room

Absolutely shocked but not surprised that someone like #ShivShankarMenon former #NSA actually claims that the @narendramodi govt has excluded Muslims from getting Indian citizenship. Now we know why India had languished at the bottom of the pile all these years with #Pakistan
prevailing over India almost every time & bringing #India back to the table on their terms. The damage such officers could have done to India is colossal esp since their ability to "bluff" so brazenly in a #USA magazine by leveraging English & diplomatic speak. That such officers
who held such an important position as #NSA are so willing to beat India globally just becoz they have a beef with the DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED govt of India by the CITIZENS OF INDIA shows their character & how willing they are to sell Indian interests globally. It is time that

When i scan a wide spectrum of opinions, news, random tweets on their own experiences by people who you would not even know in the normal course of events what is very clear is that an entire eco system that ruled India directly or indirectly for 7 decades which insists on status
quo has sensed blood literally & thirsty to taste it. They are convinced that it is just a matter of time before they taste blood. Every last penny is now being thrown for this #CAAProtest & the biggest error of judgement this govt has done is by talking of #NRC. They have thus
given a handle to everybody who was down & out to suddenly get oxygen loaded with testosterone. A complex subject which even the most educated haven't been able to wrap their head around has opened a huge door of opportunity to the old ecosystem. Early in the new govt they sense

11 years after #26/11 #MumbaiTerrorAttack the days & months after are forever etched in my memory. Many things shall go unsaid but share some thoughts, what can be shared. Walked into my home to hear of some terror attack & a senior cop killed & the visuals filled the TV. My 1st
reaction was - that isnt a bullet proof jacket. Technically it was maybe but it didnt stand a chance to protect against modern weapons. The bullets would go through like knife through butter. Even as I watched got a call - did we supply those jackets? No. Cops fighting with no
protection, can you arrange for free supplies? Thanks to @RNTata2000 & his large heart we supplied free protective gear for the next 72 hrs loading stuff on every flight to #Mumbai Airlines refused to accept money. My team was running around in the midst of the chaos till a DCP
