When i scan a wide spectrum of opinions, news, random tweets on their own experiences by people who you would not even know in the normal course of events what is very clear is that an entire eco system that ruled India directly or indirectly for 7 decades which insists on status
quo has sensed blood literally & thirsty to taste it. They are convinced that it is just a matter of time before they taste blood. Every last penny is now being thrown for this #CAAProtest & the biggest error of judgement this govt has done is by talking of #NRC. They have thus
given a handle to everybody who was down & out to suddenly get oxygen loaded with testosterone. A complex subject which even the most educated haven't been able to wrap their head around has opened a huge door of opportunity to the old ecosystem. Early in the new govt they sense
an opportunity to create huge civil unrest & you can see the network working. Everybody who has been a part of the old network is doing everything they can to ignite that fire, they bluff, they share news from Pak, they talk complete nonsense & others then justify it with logic.
Trust me the govt has given the old ecosystem an handle & going forward there seems just two options. One is that somewhere somehow there will be a fire that is lit & that fire can spiral out of control. When that happens what impact it has on the govt, the old ecosystem is NOT
irrelevant but it will hurt the Muslim community who are being used as canon fodder by the old ecosystem like always. The other is that there will be no fire but the non stop protests, comments, over a prolonged time will again end up reinforcing the stereotype perception about
the Muslim community which will again only hurt them. The prominent Muslims will still stay rich famous & safe. But the rest of the community will get hurt. The poor, uneducated, making a living within the communities they live in will get hurt. Like in the last 7 decades as i
have repeatedly shared here the old ecosystem will again sacrifice the Muslim community at the altar of their short sighted politics so they can keep the community in a ghetto, trapped & backward. Just read what every opposition leader says, see who is in every crowd but can you
see these leaders in these crowds? No becoz these leaders know that such an association will be their death knell in politics. So they use their media stars, foot soldiers to manage the crowds, the dispensable to comment irresponsibly but they will stay safe & focus on funding it
Either way the outcome will not be good for India but in the end only the community will get hurt the most & bear the brunt of every anger, opinion, bias, in the future just becoz they have got used to be used as canon fodder. You know what happens to this fodder finally...
