During the discussion, a debate arose between Cohen and Kochavi about the nature of the reaction that Israel should, or should not, take. The head of the #Mossad presented a very sharp line and demanded a bold response, out of the box.
On the other hand, the chief of staff @IDF argued that he should respond in a moderate & immediate manner -to not increase the threshold of flames.
