In general, the unit appears to be using 5.45x39mm AK-74 & AK-74M rifles mostly —sourced from #Syria.
Rifles seem to be equipped with various scopes and accessories including Aimpoint CompM4 RDS, 1-6x24 scope, GP-25 UBGL, UAS-AK stock and FAB Defense GL-CORE AR15 stock

The group seems to be using at least two different pistols. These pistols seem to be Croatian HS-9 and Russian MP-446 "Viking" pistols —both chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum and common in the region.
Also the HS-9 pistol appears to be equipped with a pistol light as well.

Also the video shows the hand-to-hand combat trainings and shooting drills on snowmobiles and skis. The weaponry looks rather standard yet the video seems to be quite noteable due to various footages.

Most of them seems to be sourced from Syria as noted before.
Most of the rifles (and the PKM MG) are equipped with Aimpoint CompM4 RDS and all weapons are wrapped with winter camo wraps.
As a result it can be said that the members of the unit use quite common weapons.
