Last update: Map by Dancing Hd Mapper on #Russia advance in #Ukraine. Only a small advance in the south and on the East (Donbas) yesterday, as shown on the map.
A reminder: The war started on the 24th of February and we are starting day 11 of war.
Confirmed now: #Russia is in control of the city of Borodyanka, #Kyiv Oblast, #Ukraine, Plan is to surround the Capital from different sides before isolating it.
Phase 2 of #Russia#Ukraine (misinformation) war:
Expect an avalanche of news on Bombing:
Hospitals
Schools
Kindergarten
Chemical bombs
Cluster bombs
Civilian shelters
Residential areas
Trolls
Some could be true but most will be tempered as in every war.
By watching the Russian Army's advance, I can share the following: 1. #Russia won't stop until the operation reaches all its objectives. The war is still at the beginning on it 10th day. 2. Russia's doctrine accepts large losses in military equipment and men +
3. #Russia's style in #Syria, the last war the Russian army was involved in, was totally different: destroy the cities by carpet bombing; impose a siege; establish safety corridors; control the entire city after a 2d bombing & fighters killed or evacuated.
4. Lack of previous reconnaissance & enemy was not neutralised before the armoured advance. 5. Result: A large number of Russian equipment destroyed on the battlefield & in many other isolated places indicating that #Russia was using a "mobile coffin" (Tanks & armoured vehicles)+
6. NATO officers are on the ground unofficially supporting the #Ukraine army. Coordination between the air intel and the ground is high and beyond the Ukrainian arm,y's capability. 7. NATO states supplied Ukraine w/ just what is needed to destroy and discourage the Russia army+
9. #Russia supplies weapons to over 50 countries. Thus, high losses of military hardware are irrelevant for a country that manufactures its military needs. 10. #Russia war media is poor. The #US won half of the war in #Iraq by "illuminating the sky of #Baghdad" on CNN from day 1.
11. During the 1st & the 2d Gulf Wars, the #US established a press centre where the war was won on newspapers first, demoralising the enemy. #Russia is lacking this kind of organisation. 12. Marking the tanks from all sides is wrong as this help being identified by the enemy.
13. #Russia is not fighting the Ukrainian army but the #US and NATO in #Ukraine. Therefore, the excess and false confidence the Russian believed to enjoy at the beginning of the battle, thinking the Ukrainian will run away, was lethal.
14. The advance formation of the Russian Tanks in enemy territory was bad, exposing these to laser-guided anti-tank missiles, generously provided by NATO countries.
15. there is no doubt the objectives will be met but the cost is not low, although necessary for #Russia.
END
A question:
I was listening to Tchaikovsky Swan Lake by Rozhdestvensky. Am I violating the law or no such law has been yet introduced?
If not, I share it with you, and all amateurs can collectively share a prison cell.

A couple of maps of the latest developments in #Ukraine. Not much advance yesterday and #Russia announced a ceasefire and safe corridors in many cities, allowing diplomacy and civilians evacuation.
To stop buying oil from #Russia, #US no longer recognises Juan Guido as #Venezuela's President and visit @maduro_en to ask for the return of relationship and oil. It is also trying with #Iran for the same objective, after decades of sanctions on the people of Iran and Venezuela.
This is the situation on the ground in #Ukraine. Donbas separatists advanced 55 km. #Russia is cutting Ukraine in two. In the south, #Mariupol, the last fortress on the #Azov seashore, is completely surrounded. Russian troops heading towards #Odesa.
By now, the #Ukraine government should understand that all attempts to bring the West into a larger war have failed. Prsdnt Zelenskyy should be realistic, stop all his lies about "nuclear disaster" & others, stop the destruction of his army & accept the neutrality of the country.
Read Carefully: 1. #NATO, #US, said it has no intention to impose a no-fly-zone & doesn't want to confront #Russia. 2. Secretary Blinken said yesterday:"We shall defend every inch of NATO". #Ukraine is not NATO. Blinken did not speak about "defending Ukraine" coz game is over.
#BreakingNews:
In #Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Enerdohar (the largest in Europe) is NOT on fire. The six reactors are untouched and only the administrative building has been taking fire.
So no panic and no fake news.
For every information you come across in this war, take a deep breath before jumping on it. Fake news was expected from the first minute but it is surprisingly developing.
Day 9 of war: #Russia is at 20-25 km from the city centre with a tank and 67 km-long armoured convoys waiting for the results of the ongoing negotiation with #Ukraine delegation.
The negotiators agreed for a safe passage from 08:00 am to 19:00 pm, when the curfew enter in force +
Day 8. #Russia directing ops around Bucha,Volnovakha, Kakhovka,Kupyansk,Nova Kakhovka,Mariupol, Okhtyrka,Sumy,Chernihiv,Chuhuiv. Kherson is under Russia.Roads to Odesa, only remaining major port & Mykolaiv r open.Russia then can join forces surrounding Kyiv&cut the country in half
Pro-Jihadists in #Idlib, #Syria, encouraged by #Israel/i (Tweet below), expressing their will to travel to #Ukraine and fight as mercenaries.
Ahmad Zakayev, a forgotten name from the 1990s who fought against the Russians during the First Chechen War, declared during an interview with the Russian-language, US-funded Current Time TV, that Chechens are ready to defend #Ukraine against #Russia.
Be ready: The war is not between #Russia and #Ukraine. It is between the #USA & Russia. It is between #NATO and Russia. Ukraine is only the beginning and if Europe wants to avoid what comes next, diplomacy is the only way forward. Warmongers are thrilled to see more conflicts.
Prsdnt Putin explained that NATO should return to the limit of 1997 before 16 new countries were added. The #US violated the spirit of the 1990 agreement between Gorbachev & Regan. The Ukrainian military op is only the beginning of a harsh wrestling match between Russia & the US.
The problem is the fact that the 16 countries added to NATO have also US military bases. If #Russia wants to de-nuclearise all former Soviet Union countries, it means a much larger scale conflict that has only begun in #Ukraine.
Josep Fontelles, High Representative of the EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said "we can't accept nuclear weapons in #Belarus. Not acceptable for a superpower to attack a smaller & less powerful country".
Right! What about de-nuclearising all NATO bases too?
And this👇?
#Russia engaged in the first days of the battle around 50,000 out of 150k of the troops massed along the border for weeks before the beginning of the offensive. On the fourth day, Sunday the 27th, the Kremlin ordered to inject additional forces totalling half (75k) of the troops
