The 3rd culprit may be #Germany's leaders. Due to increased pressure by the protestors lately, who were asking for a resumption of $gas from #NordStream to alleviate prices. They may have sabotaged their own pipeline to say: "Hey, even if we want to, we cannot do that anymore".

Most probably suspect #USA
And or #Poland
Less likely #Germany

They have the proximity, the means and most importantly the MOTIVE!
