When you are aware of #climatechange negative impacts, you will also question if a project is detrimental to the #environment.
The challenge is to apply that personal awareness and thinking to the projects we are professionally responsible for.

#EU rules require companies to publish regular reports on their social and #environmental impacts, it is therefore essential that climate risk assessments are carried out in every project and monitored regularly.

If your employer holds investments in #FossilFuels, it is your duty and responsibility to call out your employer on ethical investments.
Companies are morally obligated to proactively act and invest in green initiatives.

If your employer truly commits to its #climate goals and deeply cares about your job and future living hood, they must start moving away from clients' high #emissions contracts considering that this is a long-term commitment to you and #nature.

If your employer acquired benefits for you such as pensions, insurances and healthcare and their carbon emissions are not reviewed, you may be contributing to industries that are threatening the environment.

Walking out from your workplace is intimidating but remember that you have the right to express your discontent publicly about your employer's lack of #action on #environmental grounds.
