3/8: Ms Soipan Tuya, Kenya’s Minister of Environment says, “#Women know the issues & are the fastest responders. We are natural drivers. When we take the steering wheel, things will move.” Adding that women’s building women’s participation and capacity is needed.

4/8: Ms. Anne Songole, of FEMNET discusses the need to involve women in #NDC development and policy-making. "When we go back to our countries it is important that we ensure that participation is happening all the way from local level to the sub-national and national levels.

5/8: Ms. Elise Buckle, Co-founder of She Changes Climate explains, “In Rwanda, 61% of parliament are women, & they are adopting strong #climateaction policies. This is needed in companies. When women are on boards, we see better financial results & impacts on #climatechange.”
