Hello and welcome to the daily thread about #Ukraine and its defence against #Russia's illegal invasion.
This is Day 352 since last February's all out attack, but now very nearly 9 years since the original invasion. The more the west did nothing, the bolder Putin became:

It was particularly telling when a Russian protest group managed to find out #Russia, once cameras has gone, stole back fur coats they'd given to grieving relatives for their losses:
Last night there was a drone wave sent in to Ukraine territory and as I wrote at the time it could well be the precursor to another full missile attack.
That does seem to be happening now with launches detected and mass devastation and death again a possbility for the innocent
The Hewad of Mykolaiv oblast, which often gets first sight of missile launches, says there could be up to 20 missiles in the first wave, but there may again be mulitple waves from #Russia, sent to kill in #Ukraine.
#Ukraine's energy company Ukrenergo says:
"There are arrivals at several high-voltage infrastructure facilities in the eastern, western and southern regions, which led to power outages in some areas."
A lot of explosions heard now in #Kyiv in the last couple of minutes. Hopefully it's all air defence - locals seem to think most of the sounds are similar to missiles being shot down in the air, not landing with full force.
The explosion in #Kharkiv has injured 7. Two of them people are described as seriously hurt.
Explosions widespread in the west too with #Vinnytsia#IvanoFrankivsk and #Khmelnytskyi all under attack.
Not yet clear whether any missiles have got through air defence there, but nearby #Lviv says air defence there is working well.
10 missiles shot down over #Kyiv and all incoming rockets were intercepted in #Lviv according to authorities there.
Still no response from @NATO or Romania over the incursion of Russian missiles into its air space.
For me, it's very poor. NATO must be on high alert, it must have tracked all missiles, could and should have made a statement by immediately shooting down the Cruise missile.
#Moldova has confirmed the missile(s) entered its air space. Chisinau government says it "strongly condemnds" the act.
Yawn yawn.
No one was injured in #Kyiv in #Russia's morning attack.
Some cars and rooves were damaged by falling debris when 10 missiles were downed, according to Mayor @Vitaliy_Klychko
Day 353 of the war in Europe. #Ukraine fights for a nation, for liberty, in the name of democracy. #Russia fights for a small man in a bunker breaking, committing war crimes.
Here's yet another daily🧵 all the news in one place.
Here is my daily thread number 351 on the #Russia-#Ukraine war. One for each day of the war.
News and analysis of all events covering #Putin's illegal war.
Yesterday's thread was limited by Twitter.
I (and most others) were unable to post after 9.30pm UK time. #StandWithUkraine
In case you were wondering about that tweet which couldn't be loaded, I found it quite amusing as Chancellor Scholz went straight past his flag and to the #Ukraine lectern before being corrected by Zelenskyy!
President @ZelenskyyUa is now arriving in #Brussels to meet EU officials as he continues his mission to get fighter aircraft for #Ukraine.
We've had almost a year now and it really angers me that no-one foresaw this. We never truly protected Ukraine as Russia controls the skies.
We've reached day 350 of #Russia's insane war on #Ukraine
Here's another daily thread.
Tense scenes at the front with pressure mounting on #Bakhmut every hour, but fewer attacks in the rest of Ukraine. #Kharkiv was shelled last night, you can recap here
Hello and welcome to day 349 of #Russia's war of choice.
#Ukraine still defends valiantly, but the west's tardiness to act has placed them under severe pressure for the next 6 weeks until trained troops return with some new toys.
All the news in one thread, read on...
First the link to yesterday in case you were busy or just want a summary.
A lot of flim flam was written but actually you missed very little. Here's one of the shortest threads of the last 11 months so far:
The further Russification of #Ukraine's lands continue. Any wonder Ukraine has been removing all traces of past links with Russia anywhere that freedom still exists?
