Let's start here...AL politics and scandals go back a long way...just recently 3 big scandals of note...one involving the GOP candidate

And, propaganda/support pumped by the usual suspects ... 
More propaganda/support ... heck, Bannon was even at the victory shindig ...

From their rolling banner ads on home page, they have these focus points .... and, of course fundraising ... 
Banner ads also feature link to key personnel...like Kayla Moore, Roy's wife... 
And their "Constitutional Scholar", John Eidsmoe ...

And, of course, some links/endorsements ... like his former research assistant, Michele Bachmann, for his book ... 
And, promoted by Kayla Moore ...

He didn't want to be in AL anyway, so he launched into the attack on the NFL ... cuz he felt left out by Bannon, Palin, and Gorka ...
