The former CEO of the developer that was set to build Trump Tower Moscow, Stalbek Mishakov, is on the board of Nornickel. In 2003, Ike Kaveladze was offered a position on the Board. In 2016, he attended the now infamous Trump Tower meeting.
1-As part of its $341m purchase of the American firm Stillwater Mining, Nornickel nominated Kaveladze to be one of its five handpicked directors on Stillwater’s new board.
2- Donald Trump himself met Ike Kaveladze at a private dinner in 2013 with the Agalarovs. Michael Cohen was also present at this Las Vegas dinner.
