Glenn Simpson, who co-founded the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, told lawmakers that a trip Trump Organization representatives took to Moscow several years ago had come onto the firm’s radar as part of their research into Trump’s business history.
The trip was organized by Sergei Millian, Simpson said. He said Millian “came up in connection with Chris’ work as one of the people around Trump who had a Russian background.”
Chris is a reference to Christopher Steele, the former British intelligence officer hired by Fusion to research Trump’s Russia ties.

This Russian Businessman Sergei Millian goes by another name; Sergey Panchenko.
Sergey Panchenko just so "happens" to be one of the dead passengers of 11 Feb's Russian plane crash that killed 71 people.

Ohr, just a couple days prior to this meeting, was demoted by the DOJ for his improper contact with Fusion GPS.

The first attempt to obtain a FISA warrant was made in June 2016. It was rejected with a request to narrow the scope, according to reporting. worldtribune.com/obamas-first-f… This request had to be based on the June 2016 Steele memo, so let’s look at that memo.
The memo makes three claims: Russia has been cultivating Trump for five years, Russia has compromising videos of Trump with which they can blackmail him and Russia has material on Hillary Clinton that they have not yet given to Trump. This is what they went to the court with.
No wonder it was rejected. In the summary, Steele makes this statement; “However it has not as yet been distributed abroad, including to
TRUMP. Russian intentions for its deployment still unclear” In the details, he contradicts this statement.

2) FISA warrants have to be initially approved, the renewed every 90 days, with NEW PROBABLE CAUSE justifying each renewal.
3) As announced elsewhere, the FISA applications state only that Steele was working for a US person, NOT for Fusion GPS and ultimately the DNC and Hillary campaign.
