This time you start your email with a link 'click here to vote'. Why does the link not go to the ballot @colette147? Why does it go to your previous email also recommending 'yes'? Is this your version of democratic procedures? And how you inform your members? #USSstrike 3/

You say this 'on the basis of my discussions'. Is it appropriate for the union to vote on the basis of your belief formed on the back of undisclosed 'discussions'. Where was the negotiating team in this? #USSstrike 4/
I agree UCU should 'back the employers new found commitment' to DB, HAD IT EXISTED! No such commitment exists. The proposal states that it recognises we value DB. Their commitment is to sth 'broadly comparable': they had stated that DC is 'broadly comparable' too #USSstrike 5/
I may be wrong but the 'regulatory space' is NOT a fact of nature. If industrial action had always been about meekly adhering to 'regulatory spaces' we would never have had pensions in the first place. Or eight hour working days. Or much else #USSstrike 6/
