North Korean state media included the part where Kim Jong Un shook hands with John Bolton (previously known as "bloodsucking human scum" in North Korea.) Also caught Bolton writing notes before they even sat down
Basically, North Koreans have seen the same footage of the summit as we have, including the part where the Secret Service guy stops the North Korean photographer taking pictures inside The Beast. (They didn't, however, hear Trump's remark about "thin and beautiful")
The North Korean documentary about the summit included photos of the declaration in English and in Korean -- so North Koreans can see the words "complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula" in black and white
Of course, Kim Jong Un got a hero's welcome when he returned to Pyongyang from the summit with Donald Trump, which North Korea's state media have described repeatedly as the start of a new chapter in history.
I am fascinated by this documentary because the North Korean propagandists showed so much of the impressive city of Singapore -- the skyline, number of planes at the airport and containers at the port, the luxurious settings, the electricity. All unimaginable in North Korea.
Even when they showed the crowds lined up to see Kim Jong Un pass by -- very helpful for North Korean propaganda -- they also showed luxury brands and neon signs. They showed how much nicer and richer Singapore is than North Korea. (ends)
