Ditto the Buzzfeed story about the TRO being sought by the Guatemalan woman who cannot, in fact, get her son out of detention even though she is out. And other similar cases. Again, do not reference. Quote. Demand a response.
Doing a redux of the Nielsen Q&A the other day, where you reference things people can say they haven't seen or read, is not going to cut it. It's easy for them to dodge a question with "I'm not aware of what you're referring to." Quote the pieces. Then, they're not unaware.
(Also, people like @anamariecox and @jaketapper, would you please consider retweeting my thread here. Not calling your orgs out at all, but you have big followings and would be performing a public service).
