1. I'm going to post a thread on why Trump's Zero Tolerance policy is the most humane policy there is right now. 
2. Catch and Release incentivized more inhumane trafficking of immigrants and child smuggling.
3. Adult immigrants found out that in order to escape immediate deportation, one needs to sneak in a minor too in order to evade his law breaking.
4. This is why we had a surge in Unaccompanied Minors in the Obama years because we didn't have a real immigration policy. We had a corrupt moderate one that was just a "wink" to corporate lobbyist and child traffickers.
5. That's why we need a strict Zero Tolerance policy aimed at Economic Migrants, Traffickers and Child smugglers. A Wall and greater enforcement along with a strong ICE program would be the best remedy. You can no longer get away with coming here illegally and the risk is 2 gr8.
6. Doing so would allow us to be even more generous with our policy on assylum applicants and our resources would be dedicated to helping those in need instead of having it drained on people who just want to come in here and reap benefits.
7. With a strict border policy and wall, then we can actually help even those real economic migrants the opportunity to come here and work with visas so that they can send their money across the border and lift their family members in to the middle class.
