Its the reason we need a friend to advice ( which is actually reminding ) us when we have issues . And then we turn that same advice back to that same friend when he has same issues too.
The reason you have to listen to that podcast or Ted talk over and over again . Why ? Because we forget !
Its the reason we need to read the holy book ( na u sabi, choose any one you like ) over and over again to remind us of the promises of God and his stand on various day to day issues in our life.
Its like we sometimes know the solution to our problems but too weak at that point to apply it, and so we need someone to draw it out.
So it fine, just fine to forget but let us put up 'frames' around us to remind us early enough .
Frames like writing stuffs down, have good friends around to keep recycling solutions around each others life.
