All schools of humanistic psychology informs that Physiological needs are no longer the topmost priorities and humans beings in the 21st century. It is not about bigger salaries or more vanities but the desire to become the most you can be according to purpose. #NeverAgain
Look at the value of the Naira and see the margin of increase and sincerely interoculate to evaluate the negligible change. The increase is meaningless. What labour should be fighting for is a reduced cost of living by holding Govt to account to deliver on its promises.

The sustainable reformation process of the entire Police structure will take years under a conscionable cum genuine leadership. Anyone who claims that the Police/SARS have been reformed is a raving lunatic and should be ignored. #ReformPoliceNG
From experience men with combatant training need structure & order without which they can not function effectively. Idleness bring out the need to displace the energy somehow thus the heightened crime rate of operatives starved of funds & proper engagement. They’re victims too.

There are 2 kinds of people: external versus internal locus of control (ELoC vs ILoC), based on how they tend to explain events, and whether they favor attributing external or internal factors. You can tell them apart by heat signatures of their responses to things going wrong.

Yes, ELoCs think events can be explained by factors outside their control, but no they don’t react with helpless resignation. They typically ACT to either bring those factors into their control, or more commonly, try to forcefully influence those they see as having the control.

I can’t stress enough how the subsidized student loan market directly leads to an pernicious culture war.

Universities have hired thousands and thousands of useless diversity experts and inclusion offices, along with staffing up Title IX teams.

Paid for by exploding tuition.
All these additional expenses get passed directly to student borrowers through increased tuition.

Tuition. Student loan debt. And university “admin” positions all track the same line on the graph: up up up up unabated.

Title IX, student loan debt, tuition = culture war.
The school to prison pipeline has been surpassed by the school to debtor’s prison parkway.

High schools have failed inner city kids so now they kick education down the road to the colleges + tell EVERY SINGLE kid they MUST attend college.

The brainwashing starts in grade school
