Smart technology is great for so many things but it is damaging communication skills.
Ppl who speak to something that obey them all the time, can’t realy work themselves in conflicts. They are either frustrated or angry.
Speak to real ppl, c their expressions, understand their ideas try to workout things together. Give them a chance to be themselves and be urself.
Stop trafficking too much.
Go with the flow, ask questions, and find out the right things.
