Whittaker founded his Section 501c3 NFP in 2015.

The crimes: willful tax evasion, making false statements to a financial institution, illegal campaign contributions, and making false statements to Congress. Sentencing will be 12 December.
Cohen made money offering access to and insights about Trump, but mostly failed to deliver. He also failed to report $4 million in income to the IRS. (Whoops!)
