Studies find insomnia may precede and maintain depression. Super interesting article (I have severe insomnia and cannot sleep while I tweet this)

List of things I have tried to fix my insomnia:
Anti-depressants (mild success, with massive side-effects)
Sleep hygiene (no screens before bed, nothing in bed but sleep)
Cold room
Black-out blinds
Yoga + Meditation before bed
Diet change
Reading/Audiobooks
Exercise
ZMA/Melatonin
If anyone wants to add anything to that list for me to try, I'm all ears, as the doctors I've gone to are absolutely clueless
