We need lawsuits about this. Sex is (still) a legal category. It's being chipped away by this kind of verdicts that replace it by gender, "a personal feeling". That is subjective and can therefore never be a legal concept. This is a legal quagmire.
Just imagine if a woman with anorexia went into a barber's and asked for an extra large chair due to her weight. And the barber would say, why do you need that? You're tiny. Anorexic patients also see themselves as fat. They don't demand validation from others though.
And you may have noticed there's no powerful movement educating young children on body self-ID in schools, changing legislation to allow anorexia patients into fat farms, government-funded weight loss programmes and surgery. I wonder why that is?
They suffer body dysphoria just like transgender people do. So what is the difference? Surely it has nothing to do with biology? With the fact that mainly girls and women get anorexia and they are the less powerful ones in society?
