I like a lot of Abrams platform, & if her opponent, Kemp, isn't a noxious caricature of a 'wingnut doofus he sure does a good job of playing one on TV. So the fact that this is the "anti-gun" platform of someone who has made attacking the NRA a big part of her campaign is 🎉🥳💯
If this were Beto O'Rourke's gun issues page, he'd own Cruz here in TX. But O'Rourke is backing a totally pointless and politically impossible federal Assault Weapons Ban. It's not gonna happen, & dude is throwing away votes here with it, & he's still w/in single digits of Cruz.
When O'Rourke loses to Cruz in the fall by a handful of votes, at least he'll be able to console himself with whatever warm, morally superior feeling his pro-AWB stance gives him.
