🍑She’s running for Congress in George’s 6th District and could use your help because she’s in a tight race. She’s running against the SAME NRA-backed, A-rated Republican that Jon Ossoff ran against in a runoff election in June 2017. Ossoff should have won back then.

😡Georgia Governor Nathan Deal has said that the money allocated to the ACA could have been put “to better use” and he refused to expand Medicaid.

👉The impetus for her running for Congress was a tragedy, however. Her passion for public service was activated when her son, Jordan Davis, was shot and killed at a gas station in Jacksonville, FL by a man who disapproved of the music he was playing in his car.

ℹ️After being tried a second time, the shooter was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
