The premise of this article — that Stacey Abrams is an extremist comparable to Kemp on the left — is laughable and what’s exactly wrong with Both Sides reporting.
There isn’t really anything in Abrams’s platform that’s significantly different from other Democrats running for statewide office in close contests, but she’s the extremist? I wonder what makes her different than other Democrats? 🤔
“Republicans warn that Ms. Abrams, who hopes to expand Medicaid health coverage for the poor and disabled, will raise taxes they have cut”

Basically a Marxist tbh.
Is there ANY Democrat running for governor this cycle who doesn’t have Medicaid expansion or expanding healthcare as one of their policy goals?

Like Kemp could irreparably hurt Georgia’s film industry but you do you, Times.
Let’s play a game. And I’m actually curious. What differentiates Stacey Abrams’s platform from 2017’s Boring Moderate Ralph Norham’s?
Despite having radically similar platforms, I’m still wondering why Ralph Northam is described as a pragmatic moderate and the Times insinuates Abrams is a radical Leftist.
(It’s because she’s a black woman)
