Things Republicans could do instead of send sad tweets
1. Pass legislation to protect the Mueller investigation
2. Subpoena Trump's tax and business records to see what leverage Russia may have on him
3. Pass a tougher sanctions law that doesn't let Trump wriggle out of them
4. Hold hearings on what has and hasn't been done to protect America from Russia
5. Subpoena the interpreter to find out what Trump actually said to Putin
6. Pass a joint resolution saying Russia interfered in the elections to help Trump
reminder with the Republicans needing nearly every vote for Kavanaugh -- Flake, McCain, Sasse, et al have never had more leverage.

If there were rational actors on the Republican side, here would be a possible way out of this mess for everyone involved with minimal pain if a substantive compromise can't be reached soon
1. Trump delays implementation of the EO rescinding DACA until next year.
2. The Democrats tentatively agree to support an some funding for the wall and border security already requested by DHS contingent upon enactment of a legislative fix for DACA.

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.
