NEW: A worker at an Arizona shelter for immigrant kids is facing federal charges that he sexually assaulted eight teenage boys there. He's the third Southwest Key employee to be arrested in Arizona on sex assault charges that we know of.

The boys were in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, a government agency that hired Southwest Key to house immigrant kids who are being detained without their parents.
The agent who investigated the case said in a court filing the "age of these individuals, their separation from parents and relatives, and the hazards of the journey they take make unaccompanied alien children especially vulnerable to human trafficking, exploitation and abuse."
