I have heard a tremendous amount of talk of "bad faith" in the Labour antisemitism debate. I have never experienced a debate where my own intentions, beliefs and honesty have been so consistently questioned. Getting involved is like hitting a bees' nest with a giant stick
I know it's a cliche to talk about "kinder, gentler politics" but my goodness this is brutal politics
I’ll say something else. It brings out the worst in people. I feel the pull myself, to match like with like, to be aggressive, the emotive response welling up. It’s hard to control.
