Something is just not adding up with these charges...

In this Fox article it states to completely different time lines of events - either it's a 'simple' error in dates or it's just a bunch of bollox.

🤔 - how can a request for investigation be filed BEFORE the actual events take place?

in a CNN article we find that he had been under investigation for 'insider trading' since MARCH 2017...

That article is dated Oct '17 & the differences in the accusations between OCE and DoJ is subtle:
'The report details how Collins met with officials at the National Institutes of Health to discuss the development of a drug made by Innate, a company whose board he served on.'

If Collins had an investigation started in March of 2017 for insider trading and had knowledge of it - why would he continue in his practice of insider trading in June of 2017?

Something just isn't lining up here....

It's hard to not start thinking that these charges are just in response to yesterday results; all so 'Pee-low-C' can make these statements:
"the charges against Congressman Collins show the rampant culture of corruption and self-enrichment among Republicans in Washington."

'For example, on or about June 9 '17, Innate’s CEO sent various individuals, including COLLINS, an email stating that “the delivery date for the review and ‘verdict’” of the Drug Trial “will occur at COB on Thurs June 22nd.”'

That email sent by the CEO to Collins happened 4 days after the OCE interview up thread.

During that six-minute phone call, CHRISTOPHER COLLINS told CAMERON COLLINS, in sum and substance, that MIS416 had failed the Drug Trial.

"IN SUM AND SUBSTANCE".... how would the FBI know the SUM & SUBSTANCE of their call if they were eavesdropping on the Congressman's calls?

Is 'insider trading' a National Security issue?

Why / How would the FBI have a FISA warrant to monitor the Congressman?

Oh and never mind that the drug trials took place in Aussie and New Zealand - forgot about 5 eyes again...
