How The Typical Freelancer Works

- Pitches clients
- Finds client
- Completes project
- Doesn’t pitch in meantime
- Cycle repeats

Your income is up and down because you don’t set yourself up for recurring revenue

Both client and freelancer benefit from CONSISTENCY

You get consistent cash flow and the ability to understand and impact your client's business on a deeper level

Your client gets someone reliable who they can trust to deliver results

Personally, I like to have 1-2 retainers at all times

I do this through:

1⃣ Writing copy

2⃣ Reviewing copy

Even coaching can be a retainer if there's an ongoing need

This is essentially a subscription model.

Same as:

- Spotify
- Netflix
- Dollar Shave Club

- BirchBox
- Blue Apron
- Your car insurance

- Amazon's Subscribe and Save option for supplements

- Copywriters
- Web Designers
- Facebook ad experts and agencies

These are all perfect services to set up monthly retainers

And with FB ads, there's an ongoing desire with their clients to test ads

So that's like $2,000 a month or more PER CLIENT

5 clients? At least $10K/mo

Whether you want to work alone or build an agency, you can make very good money with FB ads

I know one guy pulling in ~$70K a month and he's only like 24 yrs old LOL
