PPS - An admin from this group contacted me and said she is going to contact professional journalism organizations to try to get them to investigate me. For publishing a public figure's remarks on a closed group I'm not a member of.

PPPS -- A couple days ago the group, which has thousands of members, was advised not to post or read anything by me because of my ostensible transphobia and homophobia (the latter accusation is new to me!).

To be clear: A large online support group for parents of TGNC kids is arguing that the position that in-depth assessment should be conducted prior to minors starting blockers/hormones -- WPATH's position -- is too radical to even be discussed or debated. This is where parents

new to this issue, many of them in vulnerable positions since they are dealing with important and scary-seeming issues for the first time, are getting their information. The situation isn't good -- it suggests a major schism between WPATH and at least some parenting groups.
