In 1998, following allegations of potentially illegal leaks of grand jury information by the OIC, the court appointed a special master to investigate. Only four copies of that report were made. It has never been released.
Judge Kavanaugh was an integral member of Ken Starr's team at the OIC. If this report into potential misconduct includes information about Judge Kavanaugh, the public and the Senate need to know before any confirmation vote.
