The moment you attach your Ego to judgement, you become a victim. It's about as smart as volunteering for a beating.
Never forget this. It's what makes the lo-awarenes world go round.

Undisciplined Mind is why people have judgements and opinions on everything and more.

You can invest mental energy to rein in your inner monologue.

You can invest time and effort in becoming more perceptive.

Or you can go the comfy way of judging without any skin in the game.
THE IRON LAW OF LO-AWARENES

The less you know about something and the less it affects you, the easier it is to have an opinion about it and to pass judgement.
What do people judge?

▶️ Your clothing and accessories.
▶️ Your physique.
▶️ Your way of speaking.
▶️ Your gait, gestures, energy.

Make sense? Well, here's the jackpot:

▶️ People judge you on a bunch of stuff that only exits in their heads.

Let that sink in niceley.
There's good news.

When people judge and become attached to judgement, like the lo-awarenes mass does, they become vulnerable.

Control their shallow judgement and you control them.

If you can keep them focused on the surface, you have them exactly where you want them.
If they're judging you, they're giving you attention.

ATTENTION is ENERGY.

ATTENTION is POWER.

This is how you manipulate the lo-awarenes mass.
1. Be attentive to how you dress.

The jeans-n-tee slave uniform most people wear gives you no power, no matter how ripped you are. It only makes sense if your intention is to look average.

If you own khakis & don't golf or yacht, please burn them & check into rehab immediately.
Learn to wear proper pants and skirts. Ladies' formal pants can be very sexy. Gents, don't dismiss a good tartan.

Or dress like a fuken witch.

Not a joke. It all depends on whose attention you want and how you want to direct it. But be deliberate about it.
I get a lot of hate for wearing suits and pants even to informal gatherings. Well, guess what, it works out because the losers with no self-esteem filter themselves out.

And I get free drinks. LOTS. From women. Let that sink in.

Hate for free booze? Where do I sign up for more?
2. Unfat yourself.

No, you're not perfect just the way you are.

Get this: fat people are considered stupid.

If you want that promotion or funding for your startup, stop eating comfort food and GET IN SHAPE.

And don't forget a good haircut and taking car of facial hair.

Grooming doesn't cost much, but counts for a lot when you're among other people. Friends and family judge you on this, too - no exceptions.

Women love to touch my hair. That is not accidental.
3. Your heritage doesn't count for shit if you're not getting paid, so learn to speak the mainstream language properly.

This applies to both minorities and immigrants.

I've been in situations where I couldn't hire someone because I couldn't understand anything they were saying.
Get this.

Once you've mastered conventional language, you can use your background to spice things up and stand out from the lo-awarenes mass.

But until you do, you're an invalid jumping into a pool of sharks. Get smart and get your communication up to snuff.
Master these and you control ATTENTION:

▶️ Listen more than you speak.
▶️ Learn not to respond. Don't be reactive.
▶️ Speak slowly. Alternate depth and loudness of voice instead.
▶️ Be comfortable with silence.
▶️ Change the subject at will.

It's not rocket surgery.
4. The way you walk and your general COMPORT is constantly overlooked by half-baked self-improvement gurus.

Your posture, gait and gestures affect people unconsciously before they even realize you're there.

This is an essential part of GRAVITAS.
How do you build physical gravity? Working out and getting in shape helps, but you can still end up like a hunchback loser when you walk.

You can build a good posture and physical dynamic with basic self-awareness of how you walk and how you behave.
I will do a special on posture and gravitas, but here are the basic exercises:

- walk slowly without anxiety,
- keep your chin parallel to the ground at all times,
- keep your shoulders up and even slightly back, arms relaxed about the body,
- maintain equanimity of Mind.
5. How do you control what people imagine about you?

- You learn about personality type and how to type anyone without a test.
- You learn persuasion tools and social tactics.
- You get on the email list and learn to direct your own attention.
