Plus, I’ve done the research on breast cancer risk and alcohol. There’s a real threshold effect there, too.
IMO, there is a FAR greater risk to more people from highly processed foods. Direct correlation with obesity and substituting sugar-for-fat in packaged food. SUGAR IN EVERYTHING (not just HFCS). Food manufacturers treating us like guinea pigs in a poorly designed “study.”
Preparing all meals with fresh fruit, vegetables and locally-sourced meats (grass fed, minimal antibiotics etc) is expensive and privileged (in too many ways to tweet).
Where’s that 20-hour work week we were promised? In the pockets of a relative handful of billionaires/millionaires.
