💥A high crime is one that can only be done by someone in a unique position of authority, which is political in character, who does things to CIRCUMVENT JUSTICE💥
Benjamin Franklin: Impeach if he "rendered himself obnoxious," and "regular punishment of the Executive when his conduct should deserve it. James Madison: "impeachment is indispensable to defend community against "the incapacity, negligence or perfidy of the chief Magistrate."
Madison argued, unlike a legislature whose collective nature provided security, "loss of capacity or corruption was more within the compass of probable events, and either of them might be fatal to the Republic”⚠️
Alexander Hamilton: "those offences which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or from the abuse or violation of public trust. They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated political, as they relate chiefly to injuries done to the society itself🔥
💥💣💥Conspiracy to Defraud the United States. The statute makes it illegal for two or more persons to “conspire either to commit ANY offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or ANY agency thereof in ANY manner or for ANY purpose.”
🔥🗳🔥Conspiracy to Defraud the United States includes conspiracy “to interfere with or obstruct one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, craft, or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest.”🔥🗳🔥
💥In other words, to prove a claim under the defraud prong of §371, the Govt must show that Trump (1) entered into an agreement (2) to obstruct a lawful function of a govt agency (3) by deceitful means and (4) committed at least ONE overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy💥
💵🗳💵Notably for present purposes, §371 is deployed in the context of ELECTION LAW specifically. The Justice Dept’s manual on federal prosecution of election offenses explicitly contemplates bringing charges of conspiracy to defraud based on CAMPAIGN FINANCE offenses.
One example, @RudyGiuliani used the words “funnel” - a descriptive term to describe a scheme to infuse patently illegal funds to a Federal campaign via @michaelcohen212 and Essential Consulting LLC. 
💵A second example of conspiracy to defraud the US would be “funnels” derived to move money from the Kremlin or the GRU to the @NRA to congressman w A+ NRA ratings to buy silence or votes against sanctions...
As each day passes, with every subsequent tweet and outburst from Trump, the 25th Amendment seems more likely. It provides procedures for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation, or INCAPACITATION 💥💣💥
