If YOU are terrible at remembering names

...that ends NOW.

This is How To Remember Everyone's Name.

A QUICK THREAD
With this SIMPLE trick, I can remember 181 names/faces in 15 mins.

I used to SUCK with names, but
now I'm the USA Memory Champion.

This trick will work for you too.
3 STEPS to Remember Any Name:

Step 1: IMAGE

Create a mental IMAGE that sounds like or reminds you of their name.

Liz = lizard
Emma = M&M
John = toilet (yep, that's me)
Lisa = Mona Lisa
Olivia = an olive

If you can't, imagine SOMEONE u know with the same or similar name.
Step 2: FEATURE

Pick their ONE facial feature that sticks out to you.

-Curly hair
-Freckles
-Bold lips
-Big nose
-Mustache
-Earrings

Don't think too hard. What's the 1st thing you NOTICE?
Step 3: LINK into a STORY

Mentally link the IMAGE to the FEATURE.

If Emma has freckles, imagine they're chocolate from M&Ms.
If Liz has curly hair, imagine a lizard crawling thru it.
If Mark has a big nose, imagine putting marker all over it.

Bizarre story = memorable
Next time you see them you'll notice their FEATURE, "see" the IMAGE, and REMEMBER their name.

Practice this & you'll be a PRO with names...

your likability and confidence will skyrocket.
Retweet/reply with any name and I'll tell you what image I'd use to remember it.
