Trump says that he knows North Dakota has a big population of Native American voters, and he'd say the same thing to them as he did to African-Americans: "Very respectfully: what the hell do you have to lose?"
Trump repeats his false claim that "President Obama said you won't have manufacturing jobs anymore." That statement has been widely misreported; Obama actually boasted of how many manufacturing jobs he'd created while also saying certain ones were gone for good: 
Trump says he's created "more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs," "soon to be 600,00," since his election. It's 378,000 manufacturing jobs since November 2016.
"U.S. Steel is opening up eight plants," Trump lies again. It's announced major investments in two plants since he announced his tariffs.
Trump claims Democrats will destroy Social Security, as usual providing no evidence or any additional sentences of any kind. He says of Republicans: "We're going to keep it. We're not going to touch it."
Trump on Canada: "A tax on cars would be the ruination of the country. That's how big it is. It'd be the ruination of the country."
Trump after warning he could cause the "ruination" of Canada: "They've taken advantage of us for many decades. We can't let this happen anymore."
Trump says "this idiot Woodward" wrote "fiction" about his views on defending other countries, then concedes the substance is accurate: "He put it in a very crude manner...the concept is true but the way it was said was very, you know, hey - I went, like, to the best college."

Finishing up with the North Dakota speech. Trump said NAFTA was the worst trade deal of all time, but actually that the World Trade Organization was an even worse deal, "but a lot of people don't know what that is."
Trump says it's "crazy" that the U.S. has to provide financial help to "developing" nations: "They call 'em developing nations. Well, we're a developing nation too. OK? We are. As far as I'm concerned, we're a developing nation."
Trump on demanding payments from other countries the U.S. protects: "They respect us more when they have to pay their bills. And they can afford to pay their bills. And it's going to make a big difference for our country. You wait, you watch, you see."
Trump, in North Dakota, criticized Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel over gun violence there.
