Despite RUSSIA(!) making the request, BROWDER was still detained by Spanish police

It's almost like the United States isn't actually looking for the person it has alluded in court filings is a Russian cut out, with prior knowledge of the hacking of the DNC

—US doesn't want to issue a red yet:
a) watching him to map out his "Russian spy network" first
