The United States strongly condemns today’s terrorist attack against Libya’s National Oil Corporation in Tripoli, an assault against one of the country’s most vital economic institutions.
We offer condolences to the families of the victims and wish a quick recovery for those injured. We commend the efforts of the Government of National Accord to restore security and ensure that the National Oil Corporation is able to fulfill its mandate on behalf of all Libyans.
We stand in solidarity with the National Oil Corporation and all Libyans as they fight against terrorism and for a better and prosperous future. Libyan oil facilities, production, and revenues belong to the Libyan people.
The National Oil Corporation and all sovereign state institutions must be allowed to work on behalf of all Libyans, free of threat and intimidation. Libya’s oil resources must remain under the exclusive control of the legitimate National Oil Corporation and the...

The instability in Tripoli served Haftar in several ways: 1) By highlighting the weakness of Serraj's GNA/PC and compounding shortages in water & electricity etc. the instability in Tripoli eroded what little popular support remained for a GNA/PC leadership despised by Haftar
2) The attack on Tripoli started by the Kani Brigade created a new push for political and fiscal reforms of the GNA similar to those Haftar demanded after the oil terminal stand-off ended in July but which since then lost momentum in August as the GNA and the Central Bank stalled

One family had arranged a suitable subletting arrangement when they suddenly had to move across the country to care for a terminally ill brother.

Everything was fine until the respondents met the other family.

2-When Saudi production increase announcement was made, oil prices initially dropped on the news. This drop was reversed when the import freeze from #Iran was made. Saudi now will make it easier for Washington to slam both Iran & Venezuela without fear of sharp rise in oil prices
3-Reason market decided to rise after both announcements from Saudi and the US on Iran is to do with the developments in #Libya this morning as militia leader handed over control of multiple crude-exporting terminals to a rival of the internationally recognized National Oil Corp
