Leahy also asked Kavanaugh about the "Eureka Club." Kavanaugh says it was a group of friends who sometimes gathered for dinner. The emails would sometimes have the title "Eureka," Kavanaugh says. Anyone remember hearing a reference to this before?
Whitehouse asks Kavanaugh: "Did you work on, provide advice on, or otherwise have involvement in leaking the identity of then-CIA agent Valerie Plame, or the subsequent coverup?" Kavanaugh responds, "If I understand the first question correctly, the answer is no."
Coons asks about Kozinski. Kavanaugh says Kozinski was known to be a "tough boss," but he never saw Kozinski sexually harass anyone. Coons asks if he saw Kozinski "mistreat" clerks. Kavanaugh responds in the context of sexual harassment, but the Q wasn't specific to that
Hirono asks about Kavanaugh's reference to contraceptives as "abortion-inducing drugs" at his hearing (see from @o_ema: buzzfeednews.com/article/emaoco…) Kavanaugh writes that he was explaining the position of the plaintiffs, not his own opinion about whether certain drugs induce abortion

What's next for Kavanaugh? The Senate Judiciary Committee has a markup scheduled for tomorrow, but if past practice is any guide, Democrats are likely to ask to hold his nomination over a week, and Grassley will agree to do so
