If White House and Republicans plan to attack Christine Blasey Ford's credibility, then this *obligates* Senate Judiciary Committee to invite her to testify publicly.

This could do for #MeToo what Anita Hill hearings did for sexual harassment.

Also, Kavanaugh is denying it happened at all, effectively saying Christine Ford is lying. That too obligates Senators to let her respond to that claim and to skeptical/hostile questioning.

This is something members of Judiciary Committee should *want.*

By the way, this is a good catch by @mjs_DC. Before Christine Ford went public, Orrin Hatch said "she should be heard."

I have a feeling we might see a redefinition of what "being heard" means.

As we wait for Trump to speak, here's a quick rundown of the ways in which his case for the wall has proven flimsy or fallen apart.

First, in Jan 2017, Trump ordered DHS to do a comprehensive study of the border. It has not been released, I'm told:
