I'm going to start a series of daily tweets that highlights facts about major corporations that I feel matter. Some of these facts will be known to many of you. Others will not.

I encourage you to share these factoids and to add your own about each corporate entity.

The facts will not always be negative or meant to cause boycotts or letter writing campaigns, but will also celebrate corporate decisions that inspire me.

I hope that this series will help people better understand the possible impact of their purchasing decisions.

All of us can work to make better decisions about who and what we support with our dollars and euros and yen.

It's really not that complicated. How we got here and the things that happened to get us here may be complicated, but it doesn't take more than a kindergarten level education to understand the 'when all is said and done' reality.

I'm going to address a couple points & then mute this comment thread.

If you don't think that @HillaryClinton or the people around her, many of whom were brilliant & socially conscious POC, didn't know of or understand the data you're referencing then you know nothing of HRC.

You certainly don't seem to recall the finer details of 2016 and, despite your claims to understand the particular pressures she was under, refuse to give those pressures their proper due.

In an election filled with fake news & populist hyperbole from the far right & left..

Not understanding your point. You expect that Clinton would come out on the losing end of such a comparison?

I totally disagree.

I've listened to @HillaryClinton speak passionately about race for three decades.

Race and racism were a central focus of her 2016 campaign.

She didn't speak about it just every once in awhile @amikegreen, she spoke about it every single day of the campaign.

In fact, race and criminal justice was the topic of her first policy paper for the campaign, which she presented in April 2015.

(1) This has been shown in my tweets multiple times but I like to rehash this beginners trading guide using some basic indicators.

In this topic we are going to cover the fundamentals of using a combination of CCI (Commodities Channel Index) and RSI (Relative Strength Index)

1. Everyone has some area of expertise. Mine is in corporate crime. I reported about it for 20 years at NY Times, wrote all or parts of 4 books about it, give lectures at biz schools and major corporations about it.

Which leads us to the Michael Cohen sentencing memo....
2...many are ranting with little understanding of corporate crime, the law and the implications. They are mixing up one payment with another - or many others. They don't understand the magnitude of what is going on here. And that is because it is not their area of expertise...
3...so, let's discuss this so that everyone can understand what the memo says happened, because it is jaw dropping.

There are two payments at issue here - one of which for $460,000 was broken up into 12 payments. Let's call them P1 and P2, recognizing that P2 was broken up....

This morning, the President said it is up to Dr. Blasey Ford to convince him she is telling the truth. That is preposterous. Her story is credible: it is rich in remembered detail, corresponds to facts that are known, and was told to others years before.
