I was re-reading @SpicyFiles work on Kavanaugh finances, and something caught my eye: He lists a position as an Adviser of American Law Institute
Kavanaugh has been a member of the ALI since 2009.
But what IS the ALI?
I'd never heard of it so I decided to take a look.
Well, this is interesting.
What was Kavanaugh's stance on ALI leaders' proposed "model penal code that would make “affirmative consent” the ALI’s official policy in sexual relations." ???

It's amazing to me how much pushback I'm getting on this. So here's my response:
If you care more about having been RIGHT in 2016 & holding others' mistakes over them, than about having more Americans fighting corruption alongside you, you aren't focusing on doing THE RIGHT
THING for our nation, which is to heal our rifts, to welcome the people who are just now beginning to understand that trump is a fraud, a phony, and a mobster, and that they were FOOLED by him and our MEDIA failed to cover HIS FAILINGS.

It’s 1985 and a friend of mine has just secured a job as a receptionist/bookkeeper position at a small family owned law firm. The father is the head of the firm. He has two sons who work for him.
She’s just out of college and thrilled to have her first job. She doesn’t ask why the receptionist/bookkeeper before her left. She knows it’s a starting position and just assumes the previous person moved on.

This thread by @JohnWHuber prompted me to review my research on George Papadopoulos. There are a lot of things about him that just don’t add up. When I was reading his plea deal the other day, something caught my eye.
According to my research, GP was hired by Prof. Mifsud in February 2016.
So how is it that the FBI thinks he only met Mifsud on March 14,2016? The FBI agent is attesting that this is a factually true statement. Did they not know he was hired in Feb? Does that make this charge invalid? And why would the FBI be so sloppy?
