 Many news sites refer to Badwan as either a protestor or a demonstrator who was shot and killed by the #IDF. The photo on the left, from the DailyMail, states Badwan is a protestor. The photo on the right from CGTN states Badwan is a protestor as well.

 The problem is Badwan wasn’t there to protest in the way most people think. This video was taken Friday afternoon at the Karni crossing where Palestinians were clashing w/ #IDF soldiers. At the end, you can see Badwan being evacuated after getting shot by the #IDF.

According to Palestinian reports, at approximately 18:00 hours, an #IDF airstrike struck downtown Gaza City. Two teens were killed as a result of the strike. Reports claimed an empty structure, a children’s park and a mosque were damaged. #Gaza #Israel #Hamas #IDF

 The children’s park in reality is #Qassam Brigade’s “Battalions Square” and the teens who died were inside the structure circled in red. Beside it is the mosque circled in blue which was damaged by the strike.

This is one of those Israelis who was there @eb95318554 "My job title is responsible for hazardous materials and risk assessments and during that time I'm also firefighter."
He @eb95318554 was separated from his family along with many others who have been putting out the fires on the #Gaza border since they began last March.
During that time Israelis often don't even know what's being reported on #socialmedia and on the news @eb95318554 was one of several I communicated with during that time. He and those working with him heard the @RocketsOnIsrael heard the Code Reds coming in.

When I saw this, I was like, whoa they have pizzerias in Gaza. Who knew? I didn't know back then that Gaza is full of thriving restaurants. Turns out the pizzeria in question is a well-known Gaza establishment called Pizza a-Taboon بيتزا الطابون.

This Gaza situation. I don't know if people (by people, I mean "people who can't find Gaza on a map, or don't know it's Occupied by Israel, or how close it is to Europe, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt...etc.) understand how dire it is.

Today is the 6th Friday of the #GreatReturnMarch. Last Friday there was a more organized attempt to reach the #GazaFence & Israeli army promised to respond harsher. Israel also declared human rights laws do not apply to the protesters. 48 killed & ~7,000 wounded so far in Gaza
