Trump begins by talking about the suspicious packages. He repeats what he said earlier, promising to bring the perpetrators to justice. "Any acts or threats of political violence are an attack on our democracy itself."
Trump: "No nation can succeed that tolerates violence or the threat of violence as a method of political intimidation, coercion or control. We all know that." He says, "We want ALL sides to come together in peace and harmony."
Trump: "Those engaged in the political arena must stop treating political opponents as being morally defective." He has recently called Democrats "evil."
Trump: "No one should carelessly compare political opponents to historical villains -- which is done often...gotta stop. We should not mob people in public spaces or destroy public property." He's recently been describing Democrats supporters as a "mob."
Trump: "The media also has a responsibility to set a civil tone and to stop the endless hostility and constant negative and oftentimes false attacks and stories. Have to do it." So...he's using a day in which an explosive device was sent to CNN to bolster his criticism of media.
Trump: "We must accept the verdicts of elections." That was all new language, and all in a prepared text. He concludes: "Let's get along." Then he proceeds with his usual stuff.
Trump criticizes Democrats over taxes and regulation, then says, "By the way, do you see how nice I'm behaving today?...Have you ever seen this? We're all behaving very well. And hopefully we can keep it that way. We're gonna keep it that way."
Trump promises that "very soon," "drug prices will go plunging downward." The Associated Press found 96 price hikes for every 1 price decrease in the first seven months of this year.
A "build that wall" chant. Trump describes illegal immigration as the U.S. being "assaulted."
Trump repeats his most frequently rally lie, "We've started the wall." That's the 20th time he's said this at a rally in 2018, the 47th time overall.
Trump: "Democrats oppose any effort to secure our border." That isn't true. Every comprehensive immigration reform plan, for example, includes big spending on border security.
Trump falsely claims that once asylum seekers are released at the border for a court hearing, "We never see them again. We never see them." Even the anti-immigration Center for Immigration Studies says 63% of people have showed up for hearings over the last two decades.
Trump urges people to vote. He adds, "If you're going to vote Democrat, don't bother."
Trump promises his imaginary "10% tax cut for the middle class. That's all for the middle class." He says it is coming "soon."
Trump is touting the good economic numbers and the Foxconn investment in Wisconsin, which he claims he himself "handed over" to Scott Walker. "They came to Wisconsin with the most incredible plant...it's the most incredible thing I've ever seen."
Trump says the Foxconn factory is the best factory in America.
Trump calls NAFTA "horrible, horrible" and a "disaster." He touts his "new" USMCA, lies of NAFTA: "I got it terminated." The USMCA includes numerous significant changes, but most of it is NAFTA, and he did not terminate anything; NAFTA remains in effect.
Sir Alert: Trump says of Wisconsin dairy farmers: "Farmers came up to me: Sir, sir, can you help me...Sir, sir, Canada just put a surcharge on our dairy product." This story, unlike almost all Sir stories, is actually more or less accurate.
Trump decries the treatment of Kavanaugh as "brutal." He said he originally told Kavanaugh that he was "perfect" and the confirmation process was "gonna go so easy, so fast," but then "they made him suffer."
Trump on Kavanaugh and Democrats: "That's what we have to get rid of, that kind of treatment. We have to get rid of it."
Trump: "Many presidents don't get a chance to put a Supreme Court justice on." Only four presidents haven't had a chance to appoint a justice, and two of them died in office.
Trump repeats his now-familiar framing of the election: "This will be the election of the caravans, Kavanaugh, law and order, tax cuts, and common sense. A lot of it's common sense. A lot of politics is common sense."
Trump is telling an implausible story about Rep. Sean Duffy, a champion log climber, saying he was "watching something and I see a guy going up a tree...going up a tree. And they said 'it's Sean Duffy.' I said 'it can't be the one I know.'"
Trump says of Reince Priebus: "It took us all about five years to figure out how the hell to pronounce his name."
Trump quietly says Tammy Baldwin wants a socialist takeover of health care, then again praises his own tone tonight, saying: "I'm trying to say that very nicely. See normally I'm screaming THEY WANT A SOCIALIST TAKEOVER...I'm trying to be nice, right."
It is very weird to watch Trump speak in this tone at a rally, and to avoid most of his gleeful personal disparaging of people. That's so much of the schtick.
Scott Walker: "Don't believe the lies. We will cover people with pre-existing conditions." Washington Republicans have repeatedly tried to pass bills that would diminish protections for people with pre-existing conditions. Walker supports a GOP lawsuit to get the ACA voided.
Trump is talking tonight like a kid who's been told he has to not throw a tantrum at a funeral and keeps elbowing his mom to be like "LOOK I'M BEING GOOD."
"We're going to send Tammy Baldwin back to the private sector that she doesn't know exists," says Baldwin's opponent, Leah Vukmir. Vukmir repeatedly refers to Baldwin as "Taxin' Tammy." Several GOP candidates are doing Trump-style nicknames for their opponents.
Trump lies that Democrats' Medicare for All proposals would "obliterate Medicare." Some of them are vague about what they mean, but the single-player plans that exist would augment Medicare and extend it to more people.
Trump on Obamacare: "Essentially we've dismantled it." He's done some stuff to weaken Obamacare, notably by getting rid of the individual mandate, but it's still very mantled.
Trump, I think for the first time: "Health care is going to be our major focus." In his next sentence, he adds, "One of our major focuses." Polls suggest it's a top concern for voters, particularly Democrats.
Trump: "What happened to this blue wave?...It's not doing so well." For the frist time, he says he has to be a bit "careful" in claiming it doesn't exist, because if it does exist then in two weeks he'll be "all over television with these exact remarks."
Trump tells his fourth-most-frequent rally lie, falsely claiming the Veterans Choice program couldn't get passed for "44 years" before he came along. It was signed into law by Obama in 2014. This is at least the 13th time he's said this at a 2018 rally, 28th time overall.
Trump lies that California Democratic governor candidate Gavin Newsom "wants open borders -- everybody can come to California."
Trump is complaining about "one" journalist who "can't take a joke" and pointed out that he claimed Democrats want to give illegal immigrants free cars. (He does not name the journalist.) He...did do that. He said it as a joke at a Friday rally, then as fact on Saturday.
Trump: "The Democrat Party is openly encouraging caravan after caravan of illegal aliens to violate our laws and break into our country." I haven't seen such encouragement; has anyone seen anything?
Trump on MS-13: "Unless you'd like to have 'em up in Wisconsin." Crowd: NOOO. "Would you like to have MS-13?" Crowd: NOOO. "You sure? Alright. Because if you said yes, you know, we'd just send 'em your way."
Trump is saying the things he says about how ICE "liberates" towns from MS-13. He says it's like a "foreign invasion, and they occupy your country...and they call it liberation...and the people are clapping...it's like watching World War II movies...documentaries..."
Trump tells his usual lie that he's created "almost 600,000" manufacturing jobs since the election - it's 378,000 jobs added from January 2017 through September 2018, 408,000 jobs if you start in November 2016 (when Obama was still in office).
Trump touts the low African-American unemployment, then adds, "And in addition to that: Kanye West likes me. Right? Which is good. Interesting guy."
Trump tells his usual lie - his 9th-most-frequent rally lie - that Obama said there'd be no more manufacturing jobs. Obama didn't say that. We're getting some good bingo-card action here now. 
Trump tells his second-most-frequent rally lie, claiming the U.S. has a $500 billion trade deficit with China "every year." There has not been a $500 billion deficit in any year ever. It was $337 billion last year.
Trump is now talking in a mocking voice about Canada and other countries regarding tariffs, saying, "WE DON'T WANT TARIFFS PLEEEASE!" He has reverted to his regularly scheduled Trumpiness.
Trump says he has said this to foreign leaders about U.S. military support: "Mr. King. Mr. Dictator. Mr. Whoever The Hell We're Protecting. You've gotta start paying for this protection."
Trump is repeating his usual lie about the U.S. paying for most of Japan's military. Even the Daily Caller's fact checkers noted that there is no basis for this one.
Five-Sir Sir Alert: Trump tells a story about an ignorant general who didn't know important facts about the cost of the anti-missile system the U.S. has installed in South Korea.
Trump on South Korea: "We have 32,000 soldiers over there that they don't pay for. Figure that one." It is 28,598 total personnel, 26,045 on active duty; South Korea pays about half of the cost of having them there, more than $800 million this year.
Trump provides his usual comprehensive and detailed justification for the Space Force: "For military offense and defense. That's where it's at."
Three-Sir Sir Alert: Trump tells a Sir-filled version of the Israel embassy story, the version where he signs his name, "Donald," on the document approving a $1 billion move, but then he had a fiscal epiphany and did a "dead stop" and said "I'm not signing it."
Okay now a second character in the story, the ambassador to Israel, is also calling him Sir, three times. I think that's three Sirs from a general and three Sirs from the ambassador in the same story, which is a record.
Trump tells his usual lie about how moving the embassy to Jerusalem cost a mere "$500,000." (Though usually it's "$400,000.") The required renovation will cost at least $21 million.
Trump tells his usual lie about the visa lottery, suggesting foreign countries put in their unsavoury citizens to get rid of them. People enter themselves, then are subjected to a background check if their name is picked. That's the 25th time he's said this.
